United States Postal Services (USPS) FIRST CLASS used unless otherwise stated, qualified orders (over $35) will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of confirmed purchase.
We respect that you want to get your product as quickly as possible and will always keep that in mind when shipping.
In the unlikely event you've changed your mind about your (custom or special) order due to dissatisfaction, we will work tirelessly to improve your finished product so it is something you love. We are unable to extend refunds on (custom or special) orders but we will honor a free exchange for any damage caused by N.OW staff.
