Any electronic submission of a photo may be used. We ask that you submit up to three possible photos because sometimes the quality of the photo diminishes with transmission. "Screenshots" usually do not print clearly. ***We will not use a photo that is copyrighted without written consent from the photographer (which you must provide with request)

The initial email confirming your membership in the N. Crowd should be expected within 24 hours after adding your email. The N. Crowd blog posts every other Wednesday and promotions are good through the weekend.

Once the materials have been received and the intake is completed, scrapbooks are *finalized in 30 days. *There is no opportunity to add additional mementos or photos AFTER the intake.

We will retain your original design for 1 year for the ease of reprinting an additional order. No changes can be made to a reorder.

When determined at the ordering phase, your shipping cost can be waived for in-store pick-up.

Up to 24 hours after payment has been rendered, you may cancel your order with no penalty. It is your responsibility to email the cancellation and receive confirmation. Refunds will issue in 3-4 business days (at the latest).

Minimally five participants and up to eight (on-site).

Standard scrapbooks (12x12 size) are 10 pages; scrapbooking is front to back so a total of 20 completed pages are included.
